She uses an extensive range of counseling techniques and styles tailored for each client or group, and draws from evidenced-based interventions, such as motivational interviewing, reflective listening, CBT, mindfulness-CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. She can help clients address many issues, including trauma, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (using the four stages of deployment for military personnel and veterans), depression, anxiety, abuse, spirituality/faith issues, marriage/relationship issues, postpartum mood disorders, loss, miscarriages, sexuality, identity development, and behavioral problems.
