Dana is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor who has been practicing since 2011. She graduated from University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Clinical Counseling. Her training includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Relapse Prevention, and Motivational Interviewing, all of which she utilizes to help you reach your goals. She is prepared to work on a variety of life issues you may be facing, including everything from healing from past trauma; to managing depression, anxiety, and stress; to supporting your journey to becoming sober or maintaining sobriety from substances. She enjoys watching people learn and grow through the therapeutic process and is ready to support you on your journey to a healthier and more whole life.
In her spare time, Dana enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with friends. She has 2 dogs and 2 cats that keep her on her toes. Dana has lived in Northern Colorado since 2008 and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!
