My Background and Approach:

I am an outpatient therapist, with two master s degrees in clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor where the therapeutic relationship is a partnership. We may use a combination of DBT, CBT, SFBT, and/or Art Therapy in individual therapy virtually or in-person. Through utilizing the creative process, I encourage you to engage in your own self-improvement based on your chosen goals, objectives, and themes of exploration.

Patrick is one of the most amazing humans I’ve ever met. For the first time in my life (58years) I have found a connection with the appropriate therapist for me.
