MK Frett is a Licensed Associate Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware. As a therapist, MK provides clients with a genuine, comforting, and humanistic approach to therapy. They meet clients where they are and understand that therapy is not one size fits all. MK is also skilled in CBT and enjoys incorporating mindfulness and art therapy into sessions. Outside of work, MK loves concerts, gardening, yoga, and cuddling their cats.
