Janet Patricia Chila is a licensed mental health counselor that has been providing mental services for the last twenty years. Ms. Chila is a change agent that helps children, adolescents, and families. She specializes in implementing behavior modification interventions with children and their families, conflict resolutions, mind-body resolutions, and mental disorders in general. In addition, she utilizes a cross culture and client-center approach that is tailored to meet the Client?s needs and expectations. Ms. Chila believes that life challenges are there for a reason and is up to us to discover the meaning or lesson to be learned. Ms. Chila graduated from Lincoln University, Lincoln Pennsylvania in 1989, and obtained a master?s in human services. At Lincoln University, Ms. Chila?s decertation research was conducted with Latino women victims of domestic violence in the Lehigh Valley. In addition, Ms. Chila attended Lehigh University from 1991 to 1993, she also conducted a research study with Latino women with HIV. Ms. Chila possess a diversified clinical and administrative professional portfolio. Ms. Chila enjoys traveling, reading , spending time with family and friends and helping in the development of mentally health community.
