With diverse life and career experiences across Africa, Europe, Canada, and the U.S., Aba has a background in scientific research, teaching, and over a decade as an award-winning pharmaceutical sales and marketing executive. Her passion for well-being and education has been a constant theme throughout her career.
Aba is a skilled and dedicated therapist providing psychotherapy to individuals, and groups. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eclectic/Integrative Therapy, and Faith-Based Therapy. She collaborates with clients to understand their unique histories and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans and therapeutic goals. Aba strongly believes in client education and recommends resources to support rehabilitation.
Beyond her credentials, Aba is known for her empathy, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. She is passionate about mental health advocacy, mentoring women, and writing.
