Cheryl Fellas, LMHC Cheryl Fellas is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who has been practicing since 2005. She has a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Cheryl believes everyone has it in them a way to get healthier, but sometimes they need help and guidance. She uses a combination of cognitive behavioral, dialectical, and trauma-informed care to help them find ways to cope and heal from what has been going on in their lives. In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys reading, sew, spending time with her family and going on cruises. Through the pandemic her love of cooking was encouraged so she has been enjoying cooking more for her husband and herself. Cheryl believes in a work/life balance in order to maintain her mental health.
