Ashley Brown is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 5 years of experience specializing in depression, codependency, premarital/marital counseling, stress management, anxiety, and grief. Ashley treats patients between the ages of 15 and 90 utilizing Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She has extensive experience counseling adolescents, adults and seniors. Ashley received her Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the University of South Florida.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying new restaurants! Ashley understands that mental health wellness is an ongoing journey and because of this she uses a holistic approach in her treatment that aims towards progression and not perfection. She walks beside her clients on the journey to find the best tools, resources and treatment for their mental health needs. One of Ashley’s primary goals is for each client to feel heard, seen, and important while in session with her and for them to leave feeling that much more equipped to conquer the many aspects of life!
