Andrece Coley helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Florida strengthen emotional regulation, reduce distress, and build skills for lasting mental wellness. At LifeStance Health, she provides individualized therapy for patients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and childhood behavioral challenges, with care designed to support both personal growth and daily functioning. She serves individuals and families throughout Florida, offering accessible, compassionate mental health services tailored to each stage of life. A key focus of Andrece’s work is supporting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands that this transition can feel overwhelming and works closely with patients and families to promote stability, reinforce coping strategies, and reduce the risk of future crises. Her approach emphasizes continuity of care, emotional safety, and practical planning to help patients regain confidence as they move forward. Andrece’s clinical interests include anxiety, PTSD/trauma, and childhood behavior issues, and she offers additional areas of support as needed. She uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help patients manage symptoms, improve emotional awareness, and develop healthier responses to stress. She works with select populations including children and adolescents involved in adoption or foster care and brings sensitivity to the unique experiences of military families, along with additional populations. Practicing since 2018, Andrece is known for her collaborative, strengths-based style and warm, grounded presence. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys running, Pilates, spending time outdoors, visiting the beach, traveling with her family when possible, and cooking.
