By integrating evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she empowers clients to develop resilience, self-awareness, and healthier patterns for the future. Ann Marie also has extensive experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals connected to adoption and foster care, and military service members or veterans. She values the diverse experiences her clients bring and offers additional services to address concerns such as body image, grief, life purpose, and isolation. She is dedicated to helping each person feel seen, understood, and supported through every stage of their journey. Outside of her clinical work, Ann Marie enjoys gardening, travel, outdoor adventures, and staying active. She also finds joy in reading, writing, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends.
