Davida believes that people’s thoughts affect their feelings and behaviors and if they become aware of their thoughts and feeling and gain an understanding of them, they will be able to change them into more positive ones which helps them to engage in more positive behaviors. She also believes that it is important to get the root cause of people’s symptoms because it helps them to be able to become aware of and work through unconscious situations that are affecting them in the present.
In her spare time, Davida enjoys hanging around family, watching movies, traveling, and going out to eat at restaurants.
