Katherine Perry, LCSW is a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping teenagers and adults (ages 15-40) navigate the complexities of mental health. Katherine has experience working with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship issues, parenting, and anger management. She specializes in maternal mental health, including postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, birth trauma, and pregnancy & infant loss, and NICU/complex medical conditions. She enjoys helping others rediscover their identities and lead fulfilling, meaningful lives. Utilizing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solutions-Focused Therapy, Katherine tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Throughout her career, Katherine has worked in some of the most prestigious neonatal intensive care units and pediatric hospitals, including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the unique challenges faced by parents and children, making her an invaluable resource for those struggling with a wide variety of mental health issues. Outside of her professional life, Katherine enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys gardening, walking her dog, listening to podcasts, and exploring audiobooks.
