Christina specializes in anxiety, depression, and couples’ issues, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. She is committed to guiding clients toward healthier relationships, greater self-awareness, and improved mental health. Christina is particularly passionate about working with individuals facing midlife and later-life transitions, as well as those struggling with grief and trauma. She understands the complexities of these life changes and provides the tools and support necessary to navigate them with resilience. Whether clients are coping with the loss of a loved one, adjusting to new life stages, or healing from past trauma, Christina offers a compassionate, client-centered approach to help them move forward. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Couples/Marital Counseling, Christina tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs. She also offers faith-based counseling for those who wish to integrate spirituality into their healing journey. In addition to working with individuals and couples, she provides support for first responders, military personnel, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders, ensuring an inclusive and understanding therapeutic experience. Outside of her professional work, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, watching movies, and volunteering at local mental health awareness events.
