Patrice Frazier, Therapist
Patrice Frazier, LPC, helps individuals navigate life’s challenges by creating a supportive, empowering environment where clients can build resilience, process emotions, and develop effective coping strategies. Serving adolescents, teens, and adults across Georgia, she offers individualized care tailored to each client’s unique experiences. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, or trauma-related concerns, Patrice fosters growth by integrating evidence-based approaches with a warm, collaborative style. Patrice brings extensive experience in supporting individuals through a variety of mental health concerns, with particular focus on anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Her work with adolescents and teens is grounded in empathy and understanding of the complex emotional and behavioral changes that arise during these developmental years. She also works with young adults and adults to help them navigate life transitions, relational difficulties, and mood disorders using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Patrice is especially passionate about supporting individuals impacted by adoption and foster care, as well as those navigating issues related to trauma and PTSD. She is deeply committed to helping clients heal from early attachment wounds and find stability through therapeutic relationships and practical tools. Additionally, she offers support for postpartum depression and anxiety, creating a safe space for women to explore their mental health during one of life’s most transformative stages. Outside of the therapy room, Patrice enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring nature, traveling, and reading.
