Anthony Mason, Therapist
Hello,
If you’re visiting this site, you or a loved one may be facing something difficult right now. I’m truly sorry you’re going through this, and I admire your courage in seeking help.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2018, driven by a love of learning about people and my own journey with mental health. I spent five years as a school social worker before moving into private practice, where I’ve found the freedom to support clients in ways that truly fit their needs.
I believe therapy works best when there’s a strong, trusting relationship between client and therapist. I bring curiosity, humor, and a playful spirit — especially when working with kids. I believe my natural child-like attitude and my willingness to play are essential elements when working with youth. My ever-growing collection of games, toys, and fidgets helps make therapy engaging and comfortable.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, hanging out with my dog, watching and reading all things nerdy, and building with Legos.
If you’re interested in a consultation, I’d love to connect. And if I’m not the right fit, I’m happy to help you find someone who is. Good luck on your journey, and I hope you find resolutions to the problems that you are facing.
