Alex Cichy, Therapist
I received my license in counseling from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois 2020. My clinical experience has included working with individuals within the community, as well as with individuals in custody (i.e. jails, prisons, etc). This further enhances my experience in managing crisis situations, working with a diverse population of clients, and conducting trauma therapy. Additionally, being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I want to ensure all clients have a supportive, welcoming, and encouraging environment to take control of their own therapy and growth. Aside from professional work, I enjoy spending time with my cats, painting/ working in creative outlets, and listening to a good podcast. I’m also happy to incorporate these creative outlets into therapy if that fits for you! You are the professional of your own life, but together we can create the healthy, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment that works for you and your personal goals.
