Sylwia Pawlik, Therapist
Sylwia is ready to walk alongside you as you prepare to address difficult challenges in your life. She graduated with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Sylwia knows that finding the right fit in a therapist is most important for working on vulnerable issues. Sylwia’s experience providing in-home mental health and emotional support as well as medical coaching to individuals prepares her to help you address issues including depression, anxiety, relationship conflict (individually, as a couple, or as a family), substance abuse issues, trauma, mood regulation issues, difficulty concentrating in the school or work environments – among others! Sylwia provides a welcoming, safe, and empathetic environment in her office. Whether you have many years of life to look back on or are looking for a playful and energetic therapist to allow a space for your child to cope with their emotions, Sylwia is ready! Sylwia believes that it is important to treat the whole person and provides an approach that is centered in helping you regain motivation, understand the value of mindfulness, and assisting you in exploring unhealthy thought patterns that hold you back from achieving your personal goals. Don’t wait to get scheduled – there is a space for everyone, from a Saturday morning to a weekday evening!
