Erica Bell, Therapist
Erica Bell, provides a welcoming environment where clients feel safe to open up in a non-judgmental space. She empowers her clients to be an active part of the therapeutic process and works with them to achieve their goals and create a life balance. Erica received a BA from DePaul University and an MA from Northern Illinois University. She has provided counseling in crisis situations as well as community, private practice, and residential settings. Erica incorporates therapeutic approaches such as, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectal-behavioral, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), psychodynamic and family systems techniques. The therapeutic techniques applied are based upon the client’s specific needs.
