Toya is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has more than 10 years of experience providing individual, family and group counseling to adults, children and adolescents and their families in inpatient and outpatient settings. Ms. Johnson’s clinical experience encompasses a vast array of concerns that include some of the following: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Abuse/Neglect, Grief and Loss, Anger Management, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Self-Esteem, Body Image, Stress, Parenting, Attachment, Academic and Behavioral Difficulties, Social Skills, and Conflict Resolution. Toya uses a variety of treatment methods ranging from expressive and experiential techniques to cognitive behavioral approaches with the intent to help individuals improve their level of functioning by becoming empowered to manage the complexities of their lives.
