Jeff’s expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), he specializes in substance use treatment, providing targeted support for those struggling with addiction. Jeff has experience working with individuals recovering from opioid addiction. Additionally, his broad skill set allows him to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues.
