Elizabeth Hutchinson, Therapist
In therapy, I use a holistic, empathetic and non-judgmental approach. I also focus on relationship building and trust to create a setting in which clients can work towards their goals and progress. My key areas of clinical experience include anxiety and depression, coping with trauma and abuse, anger issues, crisis intervention, drug and alcohol use, self-injurious behavior, sexual identity, body image/eating disorders, life transitions, and concerns related to outside stressors such as work, relationships or school. For five years, I have worked as a school-based counselor providing counseling to adolescents. Since 2015, I have worked in private practice providing individual, and couple’s counseling.
