Grace is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 9 years of experience specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Grief/Loss, ADHD, and Life Transitions/Adjustments. Grace has extensive experience counseling individuals, across the lifespan, including couples, families, and groups, in both clinical and outpatient settings. As a holistic therapist, Grace works with individuals and couples utilizing an integrative approach, drawing from a number of different schools of thought and modalities in the field, including: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MbCBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic psychology, Jungian psychology, and Internal Family Systems. Grace utilizes psycho-somatic-based approaches in exploring the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each client; Honoring the mind-body connection is what guides her practice. In her free time, Grace enjoys the company of her friends, family, and a good book. She loves spending time with her dogs, hiking, traveling, gardening, and practicing yoga. Grace has a Master of Social Work, specializing in both Health and Mental Health, from Loyola University Chicago. She received her Bachelor’s in Sociology from St. Norbert College.
