Ashley Felt, LPC, helps individuals and families across Illinois navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. She provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy for children, teens, and adults, creating a supportive environment where clients can explore emotions, strengthen relationships, and build meaningful coping skills. Ashley’s goal is to empower each person to identify their strengths, gain insight into their experiences, and move toward lasting emotional well-being. Ashley specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, using an integrative approach that meets clients where they are. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), she helps clients reduce emotional distress, improve communication, and develop effective strategies to manage life’s stressors. Her warm yet direct style encourages collaboration and growth, ensuring therapy feels both safe and productive. Ashley is especially passionate about working with children and teens struggling with ADHD, behavioral issues, and trauma. She also supports families navigating adoption or foster care transitions, as well as first responders, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Her trauma-informed and strength-based approach helps clients process difficult experiences while cultivating resilience and self-understanding. Outside of her work at LifeStance Health, Ashley enjoys reading, going for walks, and spending time with her two boys. She values surrounding herself with positive people and cherishes quality moments with her family.
