Donna Miller, LPC, helps children, teens, and adults across Illinois build practical skills to manage lifeās challenges, improve relationships, and strengthen emotional well-being. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with LifeStance Health, she provides individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each stage of life. Donna works with children and adolescents as well as adults, offering support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while creating a safe and collaborative space for healing and growth. Donna is especially passionate about helping individuals navigate ADHD, anxiety, and childhood behavioral challenges. She understands how these concerns can impact school performance, family dynamics, and self-esteem, and she partners closely with clients and families to create meaningful, lasting change. Her work often focuses on building coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and fostering resilience in both children and adults facing everyday stressors or more complex mental health needs. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to support clients in developing insight and practical tools for daily life. Donna also has experience working with individuals connected to adoption and foster care, autism spectrum disorders, and military or veteran communities. She offers individual, couples, and family therapy, and provides additional support across a range of mental health concerns. Donna completed her education at Bradley University and Regis University.
