10/10 recommend. Anna provides a safe place to talk through and process life’s ups and downs. She understands mental health and illness from a clinical and first hand perspective. She validated feeling and offers course corrections when getting stuck in a negative spiral. She has a toolbox full of resources, backed by science, that aid in understanding, recovery and healing.

Virtual health visit today for counseling was great. It was my first virtual for this intervention. Anna P. Is so great to talk to. You’ve got to book her for several months in advance. My experience doing that was easy.
