Sean is an excellent therapist. He is the first therapist who I have seen in childhood and as an adult who has taken the time to help me learn new coping mechanisms for CPTSD and trauma. He has suggested books to read and a workbook that we worked on for the first 2 years. This gave me something to do and learn while processing everything that I have been through. After I found out that a divorce was inevitable, he and my nurse practitioner Erica Webb, helped me literally survive through that experience. We are still working on so much more, 1 year later. Sean is very knowledgeable and his counseling skill and people skills are excellent. He creates a safe and warm environment. Having been with a number of counselors Sean’s approachable style has been a great help to my wife.
