Aileen Stuecker, LPCC, is dedicated to helping individuals and families in Kentucky find balance, healing, and hope. She provides compassionate and evidence-based care to children, teens, adults, and seniors through both individual and family therapy. With a focus on building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, Aileen helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, guiding them toward meaningful growth and lasting change.

Aileen has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents struggling with school-related stressors, including school avoidance and challenges related to IEPs, 504 plans, and accommodation plans. She also works closely with families to address behavioral concerns and strengthen relationships at home. In addition, she provides specialized care for women’s issues and individuals exploring gender identity, ensuring that each client feels heard, understood, and empowered in their journey.

Passionate about helping clients overcome barriers that impact their daily lives, Aileen incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family-focused interventions into her work. She also offers parenting skills to support caregivers in creating healthy, nurturing environments. In addition to her areas of focus, she is experienced in treating grief, bipolar disorder, and health psychology concerns, while providing care for populations such as adoption and foster care, military and veterans, and the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside of her practice at LifeStance Health, Aileen finds joy in attending her three daughters’ sports, dance, and school activities. She values time with her family and pets and enjoys being part of her community.
