Bryant Etuka, Therapist
Bryant Etuka helps children, teens, and adults develop practical skills to manage emotional, behavioral, and life challenges with greater confidence and clarity. Practicing at LifeStance Health, he provides individual therapy to patients across Massachusetts, supporting adolescents, teens, and adults who are seeking structured, goal-oriented mental health care. His style is collaborative and encouraging, designed to help patients feel understood while actively working toward measurable progress. Bryant is especially passionate about working with adolescents and teens who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and school-related difficulties such as school avoidance. He understands how emotional distress, attention challenges, and academic pressure can affect motivation, self-esteem, and family relationships. His work in this area focuses on building coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and healthier patterns that support success both inside and outside the classroom. In addition to youth-focused care, Bryant treats anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, and he has experience supporting individuals with alcohol and drug use issues. He also works with individuals on the autism spectrum and military members and veterans, tailoring therapy to each person’s strengths, values, and lived experiences. His clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions, while also incorporating additional evidence-based methods when appropriate to meet each patient’s needs. Bryant has been practicing since 2017 and brings a thoughtful, growth-oriented perspective to therapy. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys staying physically and intellectually active through sports, continued learning, and drumming, which he finds to be a powerful creative outlet and stress reliever.
