Vita Chiarenza, Therapist
Vita Chiarenza helps clients feel supported, empowered, and capable of navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence and emotional balance. She provides individual therapy to teens and adults across Massachusetts, offering thoughtful, compassionate care for people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or impacted by difficult life experiences. Vita is especially passionate about helping individuals work through depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, divorce, and loss or grief. She understands how these experiences can disrupt a person’s sense of stability and identity, and she partners closely with clients to promote healing, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. Her work emphasizes building insight, strengthening coping skills, and supporting clients as they move forward through complex transitions and personal growth. In her clinical practice, Vita frequently supports teens ages 15–17 and adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, and trauma-related concerns. She also works with individuals managing ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use issues, and life transitions such as midlife changes or reproductive challenges, while offering additional areas of support as needed. Vita has experience working with select populations including LGBTQ+ individuals, military members and veterans, and first responders. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based care, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to meet each client’s unique goals. Vita practices at LifeStance Health and brings decades of clinical experience to her work, combining warmth, structure, and clinical expertise. She also speaks Italian, allowing her to support clients who prefer care in that language. Outside of therapy, Vita enjoys travel, exploring new experiences, spending time in nature, staying active, and being around animals. She is especially fond of dogs and has proudly been a devoted dog mom for many years, finding joy and balance through these connections. Vita Chiarenza provides mental health therapy services throughout Massachusetts for teens and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns.
