Holly Brown, Therapist
Holly Brown helps children, teens, and adults across Massachusetts build stability, clarity, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy in a supportive, structured environment where clients are encouraged to explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. Her approach balances compassion with clinical insight, meeting clients where they are while helping them move forward.
Holly specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and she supports clients through concerns such as life transitions, emotional regulation, and relationship difficulties. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients reframe unhelpful patterns, increase resilience, and build healthier coping strategies. She has experience working with children and adolescents, as well as teens and adults, tailoring care to each developmental stage.
She also has experience supporting individuals within the autism spectrum, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military veterans, offering affirming and individualized care that respects each person’s identity and background. Holly emphasizes collaboration, viewing therapy as a shared process where clients feel both supported and empowered to grow.
Outside of her clinical work, Holly enjoys painting, solving puzzles, hiking, traveling, and volunteering with animals—activities that reflect her appreciation for creativity, curiosity, and connection.
Holly Brown provides therapy services throughout Massachusetts.
