She often integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to help patients manage symptoms, reframe thought patterns, and create meaningful change. For families, she incorporates family therapy and parenting skills to improve communication and strengthen relationships. She is especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, women, and individuals connected to adoption or foster care. Abrianna values providing affirming care that recognizes the unique experiences and strengths of these populations, helping each person feel seen, understood, and empowered.
