Alison provides individual and family treatment to children, adolescents and adults. She has worked in various settings including residential, outpatient and inpatient care for the last 14 years. Alison has abundant training and experience working with people who have experienced trauma. When working with clients, Alison integrates evidence based approaches that best meet each person’s needs. These approaches include but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, art and play therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness and Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) framework when working with those who have experienced complex trauma.
