Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also incorporates exposure therapy when clinically appropriate and provides additional support for related concerns beyond her primary focus areas. Outside of her clinical work, Sarah enjoys relaxing at home with her dog, crafting, rewatching her favorite TV series, and indulging in sweet treats. She is proud to support the mental health needs of individuals and families throughout Massachusetts.
