Jake J Halliday is committed to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in navigating emotional and behavioral challenges through compassionate, individualized therapy. Serving families across Massachusetts, Jake offers individual that is designed to meet each client’s unique needs and developmental stage. He provides a warm, inclusive space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to work toward positive change. Jake specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions, with a focus on early intervention for children and teens. His experience working with school-aged youth who struggle with school avoidance, ADHD, or behavioral concerns helps him connect with clients in a meaningful and age-appropriate way. Jake also partners closely with families, using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy to build resilience and strengthen relationships. What Jake is most passionate about is helping children and families coping with adoption, foster care transitions, and developmental disabilities. He understands the complex emotional layers that can arise in these experiences and brings a trauma-informed, empathetic approach to treatment. His work focuses on restoring stability, enhancing attachment, and nurturing the emotional growth of each individual within the context of their family system. Outside of his clinical work, Jake enjoys spending time immersed in nature, reading, and discovering new music—all of which help him stay grounded and bring creativity to his practice. He brings this sense of balance and curiosity into the therapy space, helping clients build a life that aligns with their own strengths and values. Jake proudly serves patients across Massachusetts through LifeStance Health.
