Lisa Roy, Therapist
Lisa Roy is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2016. Do you feel like your mind is racing a million miles a second? Or that you have lost yourself somewhere between the world’s expectations of you and your day-to-day grind? Are you looking for a little bit of peace, whatever that might mean to you? Lisa helps people discover, or sometimes rediscover, themselves in this storm of a world that we find ourselves in. She believes in healing the whole person: mind, body, and soul. Whether it is learning how to manage symptoms of depression or anxiety, healing from traumatic experiences or learning how to navigate relationships of all kinds, Lisa is here to help. Taking the first step is scary, but you have made it here and that is important. You deserve a space that is held for you to be totally you, in all your forms and without judgment. Together we can help identify what got in the way and how to move it, manage it, or make peace with it. The start of a beautiful journey just takes one step. Lisa invites you to do it together! Outside of work, Lisa enjoys yoga, staying active, cooking, reading, spending time with her dog, and playing video games.
