Jessica Kapral, Therapist
Jessica Kapral, LPC, helps teens, adults, and older adults throughout Michigan build healthier coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual and family therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard and respected. Jessica works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting concerns related to ADHD, grief, bipolar disorder, sleep difficulties, and childhood behavioral issues. Jessica is especially passionate about helping patients who are struggling with emotional overwhelm, stress, and patterns that interfere with daily life and relationships. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to help patients develop practical strategies for long-term emotional wellness. Her work is grounded in compassion and clinical expertise, helping patients identify strengths while building tools for healthier thinking, emotional regulation, and personal growth. For patients seeking care that aligns with their personal values, Jessica also offers Christian counseling and faith-based treatment as part of an individualized therapy approach. She understands the importance of treating the whole person and works to create a space where emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns can be explored together. Jessica has experience supporting teens, adults, and families, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and she tailors treatment to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Since beginning her counseling career in 2013, Jessica has remained committed to helping patients across Michigan feel empowered and supported through life transitions, mental health challenges, and personal healing. Her calm and approachable style allows patients to feel comfortable addressing difficult emotions while building meaningful progress in therapy. Outside of her clinical work, Jessica enjoys running, reading, and working out. She is actively involved in women’s groups at her Christian church and values spending quality time with her family. Jessica believes maintaining balance and connection outside of work helps support her compassionate approach to patient care.
