Alaina firmly believes that healing is possible and can be found within each person that is willing to seek help! That being said, Alaina strives to first and foremost assist her clients in gaining deeper understanding and insight into what the main issues are that they are experiencing in their lives. Another passion of Alaina’s is to aid her clients into taking back control of their lives through understanding what tools, resources, and support they can lean on and utilize in order to experience the true change that they have been desiring!
In her free time, Alaina enjoys a good cup of coffee with family and friends, going on a nice leisurely walk or run, and spending quality time with her precious furry friend named Bella!
