Krystal Lynn Rau, Therapist

Krystal Rau is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan who has been practicing since 2018.

Krystal’s approach is centered on meeting the individual where they are at and helping them to feel comfortable expressing their emotions and story of their life. She believes that people have situations happen in their life where they need support and acceptance and that in order to express those emotions, they need to feel comfortable and accepted. Krystal strives to create a positive therapeutic alliance with her clients so that they feel comfortable enough to express themselves in order to grow throughout life. She works with clients on their goals and explore ways to reach those goals that are realistic given each person’s current place in life.

Outside of work, Krystal enjoys reading, painting, drawing, going for walks and taking pictures of things that inspire her and make her happy. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves animals. She also enjoys spending time with her fluffy and adorable cat Roxy.
