Madison Andrews is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota who has been practicing since 2019. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and her Masters in Counseling from Adler University with a specialization in sport and health psychology. Madison is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy along with dialectical behavioral therapy and has a person-centered theoretical orientation. She has worked with several mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, substance use, borderline personality disorder, disordered eating, grief, trauma, and overall life changes. Madison works with a client to develop skills and tools to help with issues in their life and find what works best for the individual client to be as successful as possible. Madison is also trained in exposure response therapy and use this when applicable. Outside of work, Madison is a huge fan of sports and loves watching football and hockey. She also plays tennis and is a golfer as well. She loves going to the gym and is currently practicing weightlifting and training for half marathons. She is an avid reader, mostly fiction, and loves listening to music. She listens to almost any genre and is always open to finding new artists or songs.
