Nicole is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota. She previously received her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas.
Nicole enjoys working with a variety of ages. She has years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. She also received additional training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has extensive experience working with individuals and families that are affected by trauma. Nicole utilizes a holistic approach to therapy that is person-centered, CBT, and strengths-based. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves being outdoors and exploring all that Minnesota has to offer. Nicole believes that starting therapy takes courage and looks forward to walking beside you in your therapy journey.
