Cassie Anderson, LPCC, helps children, teens, adults, and seniors across Minnesota navigate life’s most complex emotional and relational challenges with clarity, stability, and hope. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy designed to support meaningful, lasting change. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, or ADHD, Cassie partners with clients to develop practical tools and insight that promote resilience and emotional well-being throughout MN. Cassie specializes in anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, offering structured, evidence-based care tailored to each stage of life. She works with children and adolescents facing school avoidance, emotional regulation difficulties, or family stress, as well as adults navigating midlife transitions, relationship concerns, and mood disorders. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Therapy interventions, she helps clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and improve communication. She offers additional support for concerns such as bipolar disorder, OCD, and substance use. Cassie is especially passionate about working with individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital, those involved in court ordered treatment, and clients managing workers compensation cases, parental custody matters, current legal issues, or disability paperwork. She understands that these circumstances can feel overwhelming and high-stakes. With a steady, solution-focused approach, she provides structured guidance, clear documentation when appropriate, and therapeutic support that helps clients regain stability and move forward with confidence. Since beginning her practice in 2006, Cassie has remained committed to clinical excellence and mentorship. In addition to her client work, she provides licensure supervision and clinical consultation to support the next generation of mental health professionals. Outside of therapy, Cassie enjoys reading—often finishing around 40 books a year—and finds renewal along Minnesota’s North Shore, especially near Lake Superior in Grand Marais. She values traveling, spending time with her new niece, and investing in meaningful time with family.
