Esther Yang, Therapist
Hello! My name is Esther Yang. I am a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota who has been practicing since 2019. I have a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler Graduate School.
I have experience in providing therapeutic services for individuals and families from diverse backgrounds in home and school settings. I partner with my clients and work collaboratively to establish a strong alliance. I seek to understand each individual from a whole-person lens to meet them where they are at in their healing journey. Having a multicultural background, I am able to provide more culturally sensitive and tailored therapy, addressing unique challenges related to identity, family dynamics, and societal influences. My experiences allow me to be able to navigate differences and create a safe space for open dialogue.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends doing a variety of activities like spending time in parks, playing games, and looking for new food places. I also enjoy doing crafts, cooking/baking, and listening to podcasts.
