Additionally, Lindsay’s expertise includes working with women’s issues, and families navigating transitions and relational difficulties. She integrates evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to offer tailored support for each patient. Lindsay provides faith-based treatment and Christian counseling for patients seeking to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into their mental health journey. Outside of her professional life, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, including her four children and two golden retrievers. She loves taking peaceful walks down the dirt road by her house, reading, and writing. Travel is another passion for Lindsay and her husband, who have explored many parts of the world together.
