Eve Marie Kaldahl, Therapist
Eve Kaldahl, LPCC, helps adults build stability, clarity, and meaningful change during some of life’s most challenging moments. She provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adults and older adults across Minnesota, offering a supportive space to address emotional distress, life transitions, and complex mental health concerns. At LifeStance Health, Eve partners with individuals seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use concerns, helping them develop practical tools and renewed confidence to move forward.
With more than three decades of clinical experience, Eve works with adults and seniors navigating concerns such as alcohol and drug use issues, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. She also supports individuals experiencing bipolar disorder, grief, psychosis-related symptoms, and major life transitions, including midlife and later-life changes. Her approach is collaborative and structured, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR, while offering additional therapeutic methods when clinically appropriate. Eve provides individual therapy and family therapy and has experience supporting select populations including LGBTQ+ individuals, military members and veterans, and first responders.
Eve is especially passionate about helping individuals who are facing high-stress or system-involved circumstances. This includes supporting those recently discharged from psychiatric hospitalization, individuals involved in court-ordered treatment or current legal matters, and clients needing assistance with disability-related documentation. She brings a steady, respectful, and nonjudgmental presence to this work, helping clients regain a sense of control, safety, and direction during critical transitions.
Outside of her clinical work, Eve values balance and self-care. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, camping, biking, taking long walks, and engaging in creative activities, which informs her holistic and grounded approach to therapy.
