With a strong background in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), she particularly enjoys working with individuals who are seeking to improve their emotion regulation and interpersonal skills. Carley also has expertise in addressing borderline personality disorder, helping clients build resilience and navigate complex emotional experiences. In addition to DBT, she uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to guide clients in challenging negative thought patterns and adopting healthier coping mechanisms. Beyond her clinical expertise, Carley is passionate about working with individuals who are dealing with grief, bipolar disorder, or psychosis.
