In life, people have stressors and difficulties that are sometimes hard to identify and navigate through. At times, we need help working through our life stressors and finding successful strategies to achieve our goals. No matter the challenge, working together with another person emphasizes strength and motivates change. Therapy, to me, works best when it is client-centered and individualized, which leads to the most empathetic processes and desired outcomes. I have experience with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and LGBT+ although I have worked with an array of different people/disorders. I have worked in residential, PHP, and IOP settings. While utilizing different techniques, I look to help enhance personal awareness and skills, in order for self-acceptance and self-growth to be part of the therapeutic process. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Master’s Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NH and am ready to work with adults who are experiencing difficult times. Understanding and patience will be key factors in your growth, and I am motivated and passionate about helping people find this within themselves.
