Brianna Pardo is a National Certified Counselor and licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Brianna received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Seton Hall University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Rhode Island. Brianna acquired a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate and a Children’s Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. Brianna believes that the quality of the counseling relationship is the most important factor in creating positive personal change in one’s life. As a person-centered counselor, she utilizes her empathy, genuineness and non-judgmental ways of being to create a safe, warm and authentic counseling experience. Brianna views each person through a holistic approach, meaning she aims to bring clarity and align all parts of a person through the mind, body and spirit. Other counseling approaches that Brianna utilizes are Psychodynamic, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Strength-Based Therapy. She also loves to incorporate Spirituality to help heal mental and emotional pain on a deeper level for client’s who are open to it. In her spare time, Brianna enjoys being in nature, doing yoga, meditating, traveling and spending time with family, friends and animals. She loves practicing self-care and learning new ways of healing herself and others through spiritual and holistic approaches.
