A strong believer in the holistic approach, I utilize evidenced-based techniques found in CBT and Mindfulness as well as other forms of treatment to meet clients’ individual needs. With compassion and empathy, I strive to make the therapeutic experience as positive and beneficial for each individual with whom I work. In my free time I enjoy exercise/yoga, listening to podcasts, reading, and spending time outdoors in the sunshine.
