Tracey is especially passionate about supporting clients impacted by trauma, grief and loss, and stress-related concerns that affect both emotional and physical well-being. She takes a trauma-informed approach, helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they work through painful experiences at a pace that feels right. Her work often focuses on helping children and families address behavioral challenges, school avoidance, and emotional regulation, while also supporting adults through midlife transitions and health-related stressors.

Her clinical focus includes anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and grief, while she also treats additional mental health and behavioral challenges.
