Sometimes having someone to talk to and to help you connect the dots of your life experiences can help you understand yourself in a much different way to make healthier decisions for yourself and your relationships. I have done extensive work in women’s issues, specifically post-partum depression, infertility, and adoption issues.

I work with a wide range of emotional/behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression/grief counseling to parenting support.

My approach is to provide support & therapeutic feedback to help you address your needs in your personal & professional life. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client’s individual needs to help attain personal growth.

Cass is amazing. A great counselor and genuinely a good human being (she radiates it, you can tell). I appreciate her humor and down to earth attitude. I’ve always been able to trust her to tell me the truth, even when it’s hard for me to hear. She’s always there to help me figure out what comes next. Cass does her best to accommodate schedules and it shows. I honestly can’t remember how many years she’s been my therapist but it’s somewhere around the 10 yr mark.
